I have gotten ***91000*** miles and could keep going with wear on front. Mostly road driving, taking curbs, some mudding, snow and ice and deep unplowed snow up to a couple feet. I can’t compare road noise as these are the only tires I’ve had on the Jeep. I hope it’s not a fluke. Although now showing enough wear to replace, last year at inspection (at 85000 miles) they still looked great. Pretty blown away! 315/70R/17 - 4” lift.
Replaced the original Eagle LS-2 tires with these. What a difference , the Duratrac "feel softer" when goes over bumps etc. The grip has been phenomenal. Road noise is not bad at all. Will definitely buy again.
This set was for the first run of the tire. Great tire for snow. The compound is only for the winter, you need to have a set of rims for them, as they should be for cold weather only. They are noisy, and not for summer street. The wear was scalloped as I had good alignment, proper air, but the compound is a factor in warm weather. I liked them.
I love these tires and I will buy again the best all around tire for my truck and it can take a beating and keep on rolling I am going on 5 years and I have to buy a new set! I wont gamble with anything else!
Had these tires on my Chevy half ton made it hunting many times through tough terrain. Also used them for work every day far on forest service roads.
I have had for two years with great results...
I cannot emphasize enough what junk these tires are. Have tried to balance well over a dozen times all at excellent shops. They wear excellent but will probably give them away, I can't take the vibrations from these any more. Stay away! Not an joke. Absolute junk.
Good tires
Do lots of driving to remote ponds in New Hampshire and never a problem with traction. Very good in snow as long as you use common sense with speed. Have about 38,000 on them and front left developed a bubble in the sidewall, had to move to my spare tire location. Uneven wear on the tires even with constant air pressure monitoring. Wrangler door sticker says to inflate to 35psi which is different than stamped on the tire which is a higher psi. Scalloping on one tire from being out of balance and other 3 are showing a lot of wear. Not too happy having to now replace 5 tires to keep a matching set on the Jeep.
My jeep Cherokee has a 6" LA lift. Running 31-10.5R15. I've had these tires for about two years now and have about 3/4 tread left. They've taken me through Black diamond trails in Big Bear {rock fields, stream crossings and very steep dirt trails} to the desert to the snow on Black MT. With what rains we have gotten in S. CA they performed great in the mud I could find. Awesome tires for any price. Will be buying again for sure. Everybody I've talked to that has these tires absolutely loves them.
A great tire for my truck. I have put about 10k on them so far and they are wearing great. Nice look but not loud like a true mud tire. These tires have been great in the mud and gravel as I hunt and do construction. Best tire in the snow I have ever had.
Very nice and dependable tire.
Great tires. I put on easy 20,000 km and they look the same as the day I bought them. Too bad I sold the truck. Definitely thinking of putting the same tires on my new truck.
Plus this has been an excellent tire for off road use as well (dirt, sand, mud).
Have had these tires for year. Many miles on them.
These tires are great. Don't use the four wheel drive unless I've buried it, and that doesn't happen all that often. I will defiantly buy these tires again when these ones are finally done.
Great tire.
Very good all-around tire. I drive in varying conditions (mud, pastures, highway, gravel, snow, etc.) and have been very pleased in all conditions even pulling a loaded cattle trailer. I have over 25,000 miles on them and am pleased compared to other MT tires I have tried. I am ordering my second set today.
Work in the Oil and Gas industry, and the roads I'm on vary from paved highway to gravel or dirt roads. I put these on last winter and had no issues at all in snow and mud and it was a bad winter. I currently have 28k on the tires, and they are about at the end of their life. I will be putting another set on for this winter.
Great off road tires, but noisy for everyday road driving.
Great tires. Had 30000 km on them when I traded the truck off and they looked new. A lot quieter than other mt tires I've had. My new truck has the wrangler sra and I find they hydroplane a lot where the duratrac's held the road. They were excellent in all weather situations. I can't wait to put a set on my new truck.
These are great tires! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
66,000 miles and will get 70,000 easily. Rotate at 5,000 miles.
Tires I reviewed are a 33x12.5x15. Underneath a light Jeep, these do great. I've been belly deep in mud/water and traction was great. The last ice storm was very promising with these tires. It wasn't hard pack, but did not lose traction and was able to help a few stuck vehicles. Cornering is not the best, since there is a lot of sidewall flex (very soft sidewalls), but the soft walls does not make it a weak wall. Tread life is great, 20,000 miles on them and they still look almost new. I'm hoping to get 60,000 out of them. Though to get an even wear, I had to reduce pressure to mid 20's (but this could be related to wheel width and vehicle weight). If you rotate these tires and keep them serviced, they will last and take you were you need.
Great hunting tires in rough terrain. I am a Chuckar hunter and drive my Ford in steep rocky areas and a lot of times it is snow covered! Would buy again!
Great Tires to have for winter.
This is a great overall tire. Highway driving is pretty quiet considering the nub size. It has a little hum which is fine with me. They also handle very well on the asphalt. Off road, these tires performed amazingly. No issues climbing hills and out of ruts. I love these tires. The only issue I had was with snow, and that is only because of the width. So much tire on the snow is bound to fill with snow and slip a bit. The tread has worn very slow which is a plus considering the cost.
I've had them on my jeep for over a year now and I have taken them on some fairly difficult trails, including in Moab. These tires have served me well in all my off-roading adventures, yet the handle like a street tire on the highways. I've been stuck a number of times, but I'd have to say that it was more about my skill level than the tires traction. They are excellent in the snow. I'd definitely recommend them.
I would recommend these tires for aggressive style. I was very surprised with how quiet they are. I will purchase again.
These tires are immaculate in all weather situations. I live in New England and drive in all sorts of weather (on and off road). And I couldn't feel safer or happier with the way these tires perform.
Four tires installed. In and out in less than an hour. Great service and great price. Tires are a little louder than the TA K/O I had on the van. For a cargo van, not that bad. I just hope they last longer. Nice balance without too many weights. TA K/Os would not stay balanced. I will only use these during the winter and so far these eat the snow. Great winter traction!
I've had a set of these tires on my truck for over 55k miles. I am very happy with them. Only issue was about 15k in, I had one failure of a steer tire, but that was replaced by Goodyear under warranty without issue. They have gotten quite a bit louder as they have worn, but that is to be expected with a M/T tire. I may be looking at getting another set of them, but this time in a tall skinny size, 235/85R16.
Great tries, would buy again.
See what happens in the snow...
Great looking and preforming tires.
